About the event
Theresa Kim of Mollayo and I are developing a product for retail sale based on her family's Kimchi recipe. I plan to receive a case of Napa cabbage from Chi's Farm on most Wednesdays or Thursday evenings for the next couple of months and I'd love your help in the kitchen.
You help chop, grate, peel, measure, and shred veggies for a couple of hours, and go home with a recipe and a quart jar of freshly made kimchi.
Available dates: July 31, August 14 and 22. and September 5 and 11.
