Refund Policy

Registrations through Maple Street Kitchen are refundable only if another attendee is available to take your place ahead of time. You may transfer your registration to another person by emailing me their name and email. Once they have completed their registration, a refund will be issued. Or, if there is a waitlist, your spot may be filled by the person at the top of the list. No-shows are non-refundable.

What’s included in my registration?

Registration includes all the ingredients for each recipe, an informational hand-out, and a sample jar made in class for you to take home. Workshops will also include a light snack and beverage based on the workshop topic.

Are culinary workshops and events in person and how many attendees are there?

Yes, all workshops and events are in person.  Workshops are limited to 10 participants so you’ll get all the hands-on instruction you need.

Can I register for a group?

Absolutely! When registering for a group, select the total quantity of participants and complete the registration form. Then email me the names and email addresses of each person in the group.

How long is each culinary workshop and event?

Workshops and events are between 2-4 hours in length, depending on the project.

Where are the culinary workshops and events held?

All workshops and events are held at the MAple Street Kitchen in Port Angeles, WA unless otherwise noted on the workshop description. depending on the theme. The exact location will be shared after registration.

What do I need to bring?

Other than your questions and curiosity, you may want to bring an apron, and a water bottle.  Some or all of many of the workshops take place outside, so wear comfortable shoes and layers for outdoor weather.

If a culinary workshop or event is full, can I join a waitlist?

If a workshop/event is full, click the “Join Waitlist” button on the event you wish to join. You’ll be notified by email if there is room available, with a link to register.

What happens if my workshop is cancelled?

From time to time, workshops may inevitably be cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen emergencies. In the event of a cancellation, Maple Street Kitchen will strive to offer an alternate date, and or credit your registration to another workshop, or a 75% refund may be requested if preferred.

Can I request a custom workshop?

Yes, absolutely!  Wanting to use the kitchen to process your fresh caught tuna, host a 4H club or birthday party, or planning a massive Jam making party with friends, Maple Street Kitchen is available for custom events. To chat about details, email betsy@maplestreetkitchen.com
