Want to spend a day in somebody else’s kitchen processing your seafood catch?

Drowning in berries but don’t have the equipment for jamming at home?

Wanting homemade pickles but just don’t have the gumption to do it alone?

Wanting to introduce your kids, your 4H club or scout troop to food preservation but need more space?

Maple Street Kitchen is available for families, clubs, and friends.

Maple Street Kitchen is equipped with the following for shared use:

Kitchen is licensed by WSDA and Clallam Health Department
City of Port Angeles utilities
Sinks for dishwashing, produce, and mop
ADA friendly bathroom
Stainless steel work tables
Induction and propane stove tops
Water bath canning equipment
Pressure canners
Commercial refrigeration
Storage shelves for dry ingredients and equipment
Excalibur Dehydrator
Apple Press
Hobart slicer/shredder
Various small wares
Limited storage for your finished product may be available.
Oven to be added in the near future.

Rental Information

COPACKING

If you have an abundance of produce and a great recipe but no time to make it, Maple Street Kitchen may be able to license and produce your recipe, so that you can bring it to market.
