About the event
In this hands-on workshop, we will make a batch of shelf-stable Garlic Dill Cucumber Pickles using a vinegar and salt brine. We will seal the jars using the water bath technique. During the session, we will also initiate a batch of traditional salt brine cucumber pickles for fermentation. The workshop will include the opportunity to taste a variety of pickles and pairings. Participants will go home with 2 quarts of pickles.
